Elaborate , First Classroom

I picked a vertical secondary classroom because for one, I am a secondary major and for two, I thought that the vertical look was the most comfortable for the students. Students have to be able to see and have access to the white board so it made sense to place the teacher's desk off to the side while still facing the students at the same time. It also gives students more mobility to work with and go up to the white board so that they can write their answers to an activity. It gives more mobility towards the teacher as well because it allows him/her to move easily in front of the class. It enable the students to move their desks easily too for a specific activity. Lastly, having the teacher desk set to the side is a less intimidating atmosphere for certain students.
