When I become a Teacher

When I become a teacher, I want to be able to teach my students essential skills that they can use for the rest of their lives in any kind of situation or task. I want my students to feel comfortable with me so I intend on coming up with methods on having discrete open and honest communication lines with them. I think that's important because if one of my students is having difficulty with something, I want he/she to be comfortable enough to express their obstacle and we can figure out solutions together. Lastly, I want my students to understand the value and benefits from learning and not just worry about passing their tests.

It is important to have your own teaching philosophy because not only does it differentiate you from the rest of the teaching group but it shows or describes your character as an individual and what sort of teacher you want to be towards your students.
